OPAP S.A., announces, within the context of its obligations and in order to update its investors, that the announcement of the results for 2006 semester will take place on 24/08/2006, after the closing of the Athens Exchange trading session, instead of the date of 28/08/2006 that was initially announced. The conference call of the analysts and the institutional investors will take place on the 25/08/2006 instead of the date of 29/08/2006. The rest of the intended corporate actions plan for 2006 remains the same in accordance to the announcement dated 22/02/2006.
