The Board of Directors of S&B Industrial Minerals S.A. (former Silver & Baryte Ores Mining Co. S.A.), at its session of September 30th, 2004, elected as a new member Mrs Helen Papaconstantinou - Sikiaridis, in replacement of Mrs Miranda Xafa, who resigned in order to assume responsibilities as the Alternate Executive Director at the International Monetary Fund, based in Washington D.C., U.S.A.

Mrs Papaconstantinou studied Law at the London School of Economics and Political Science (LL.B), and completed postgraduate studies (LL.M) at the Harvard Law School in the U.S.A. She worked as a Legal Associate at a law office in New York and became a member of the New York Bar Association. Thereafter she continued her studies in Brussels and was awarded a PhD degree from the 'Universite Libre de Bruxelles'.
