According to Article 2, par. 2 (e) of the Decision of the Board of the Capital Market Committee No 3/347/12.7.2005, the company ΕLVΑL, S.Α. would like to announce that, from 08.05.2006, Mr. Jacques Gani is not any more a member of the company's Board of Directors and Mr. Κonstantinos Κouklelis has been elected, as a new member of the company's Board.
As a result of the above, the new Board of Directors of the Company is as follows:
