PROTON Investment Bank S.A. announces a change in its Board of Directors. More specifically, on the Board meeting of 7.06.2006, Mrs Alexandra G. Stavropoulou was elected as a new member, in replacement of Mr Theodoros P. Mylonas, who resigned from the Board. Mrs Stavropoulou has been elected as a Non-Executive Director.
