LAMDA Development announces that Mr. Lambros Anagnostopoulos resigned from the position of the Managing Director and Member of the Board of Directors of the Company, as of today 11th May, 2006. The Board of Directors will meet the coming days to decide the replacement of the resigned Board of Directors Member, and the election of the Managing Director of the Company.
