We would like to inform the investment community that in consequence of the shareholders application that has been submitted in accordance with article 39 paragraph 3 of law 2190/1920, the first repeated General Meeting dated 13th of June 2006 is cancelled even though the necessary quorum exists. The second repeated General Meeting will take place on 25th of June 2006 for the discussion of all the scheduled issues.
