According to decision Nr.3/347/12.07.05 of the BoD of the Capital Markets Commission, Emporiki Bank announces that its Board of Directors, at its meeting of July 12, 2006, elected, in replacement of Mr. Christos Bratsiakos of George, Executive Member of the Board, who resigned, as a new Executive Member Mrs. Despoina Chalkidi of Stefanos, Employee of the Bank, for the remaining term of the member who resigned, that ends at the day, that the General Shareholders meeting of the year 2008, will be held.
