Pursuant to article No. 282 of the Regulation of the Athens Stock Exchange, the EMPORIKI BANK OF GREECE S.A. announces that, according to the update received hitherto, by right of P.D. 51/92, from the shareholders of Credit Agricole S.A., the Public Enterprise of Transferable Securities S.A. (D.E.K.A. S.A.) and the Greek State, the following changes have come about in the Bank s share capital:
1) The shareholder Credit Agricole S.A. increased its participation in the share capital of the Bank from 8.83% to 71.97%.
2) The shareholder Public Enterprise of Transferable Securities S.A. (D.E.K.A. S.A.) reduced its direct participation in the share capital of the Bank from 11.01% to 0.00%.
3) The Greek State that controls D.E.K.A. S.A. reduced its indirect participation in the share capital of the Bank from 11.01% to 0.00%.
