KATHIMERINI S.A. announces that the results of the first 3-month period of a subsidiary company contained a false registration of a financial figure and therefore the interim financial statements of the Group were reformed according to the provisions of IAS 8, which appear in note 7.10 of the interim financial statements of 30.06.2006. Consequently the results after taxes have been reduced by 416,093 Euros and the Group's Equity by 413,084 Euros at 31.03.2006.
