According to the resolution 5/204/14.11.2000 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission as well as the Athens Stock Exchange regulation, GERMANOS SA announces that on the 2nd October 2006, COSMOHOLDING CYPRUS LTD acquired 42% of Germanos SA share Capital, (34,261,710 shares). Following this transaction COSMOTE SA directly owns 16,929,103 GERMANOS SA shares (20.753% of GERMANOS SA share capital) and indirectly owns 34,261,710 GERMANOS SA shares (42% of GERMANOS SA share capital), in total 62.75% (51,190,813 shares) of the Company''s share capital.
