According to the provisions of Presidential Decree 51/1992 and following the notification that we have received from Drawbridge Global Macro Fund Ltd., Proton Bank hereby informs the investors'' public that on November 1st, 2006 the following transaction was effected: Drawbridge Global Macro Fund Ltd had no voting rights and no participation in the share capital of Proton Bank. After the change, the percentage of voting rights rose to 9.97% and the percentage of shares held equally rose to 9.97% corresponding to 4.500.000 common registered shares. The total number of Proton Bank listed shares is 45.135.892 common registered shares.
