- UNILEVER HELLAS Α.Ε.Β.Ε., in accordance with its letter addressed to the CMC (Capital Market Commission), announced that it acquired a) through the AthEx during the period from 26.10.2001 to 2.11.2006 and b) on 02.11.2006 through an over the counter transfer pursuant to its tender offer, a total of 8.381.765 shares in ELAIS-UNILEVER S.A; consequently, UNILEVER HELLAS Α.Ε.Β.Ε. currently holds 82,49% of the voting rights of ELAIS - UNILEVER S.A, as opposed to 20,52% that it used to hold, with a corresponding change in the participation of UNILEVER HELLAS Α.Ε.Β.Ε. in the share capital of ELAIS - UNILEVER S.A.
- LIPOMA Β.V., in accordance with its letter addressed to the CMC (Capital Market Commission), announced that on 02.11.2006, pursuant to the tender offer of UNILEVER HELLAS Α.Ε.Β.Ε., it transferred over the counter to UNILEVER HELLAS Α.Ε.Β.Ε. a total of 6.174.144 shares in ELAIS - UNILEVER S.A.; consequently, LIPOMA Β.V. currently holds 0% of the voting rights of ELAIS - UNILEVER S.A, as opposed to 45,65% that it used to hold, with a corresponding change in the direct participation of LIPOMA Β.V in the share capital of ELAIS - UNILEVER S.A.
- UNILEVER N.V., in accordance with its letter addressed to the CMC (Capital Market Commission), announced that through the AthEx during the period from 30.10.2001 to 2.11.2006 and further, on 02.11.2006 through an over the counter transfer, pursuant to the tender offer of its subsidiary UNILEVER HELLAS Α.Ε.Β.Ε., UNILEVER HELLAS Α.Ε.Β.Ε. acquired a total of 8.268.686 shares in ELAIS-UNILEVER S.A.; consequently, UNILEVER N.V. currently indirectly holds 82,49% in the share capital of ELAIS - UNILEVER S.A., as opposed to 67% that it used to hold.
