Notification about treasury shares

GEK TERNA S.A. (the "Company") informs the investors that following the cancellation of 6,000,000 treasury shares, pursuant the decision of the Extraordinary General Assembly of the Shareholders from 13.02.2024, the Company now directly and indirectly owns 4,295,406 treasury shares, i.e. 4.15% of its share capital.

The Company's share capital remains unchanged and amounts to a total of EUR 58,951,275.87, divided into 103,423,291 common voting registered shares, with a nominal value of EUR 0.57 each.
