Notification of resignations from the Board of Directors

ELLAKTOR's (the «Company») management, pursuant to the provisions of Regulation (EU) No596/2014 of the European Parliament, relevant articles of the Law 3016/2002, as in force, and the Regulation of the Athens Stock Exchange, would like to inform the investor community, that the Members of its Board of Directors Messrs Dimitrios Kallitsantsis, Vice- Chairman of the BoD, Executive member and Michael Katounas, Independent Non-Executive member, resigned.

ELLAKTOR's Board of Directors will notify the investor community of any change in its composition as soon as possible.
