Piraeus Bank announces that its subsidiary "EVision ΑΕ" has signed yesterday a preliminary agreement with French company GeoPost SA regarding the sale of Evision's entire participation in "INTERATTICA Parcel Service Network AE", amounting to 66% of the share capital, for a price of EUR 2,7 million. The transaction is expected to close in January 2006. GeoPost SA will acquire in total a 86,6% stake in INTERATTICA through share purchases from other shareholders as well, while INTERATTICA will continue to provide services to Piraeus Bank.
