GR. SARANTIS AVEE announces that its main shareholders have placed today in international and national institutional investors 1,5 million shares for the price of 4,14 per share. This move aims at raising the participation of foreign and Greek institutional investors in the corporate capital of Sarantis and it is anticipated to significantly improve the share's free float and marketability.
