J&P-AVAX SA signed a contract with COCA-COLA BOTTLERS (ULSTER) LIMITED in Northern Ireland regarding the construction of the project titled : New Production and Distribution Facilities for Coca-Cola in Ireland, budgeted at euro 48.3 million (£33.4 million),

The project pertains to the construction of Coca Cola's new production and distribution facilities for Ireland on a 160,000 square metre land plot, and includes:
- Production plant and warehousing facilities of total 30,000 square metre surface, fully fitted with E&M facilities
- Τwo-storey office building with a surface of 5,000 square metres, fully fitted with E&M facilities
- Various support buildings, with total surface of 10,000 square metres
- Silos for storing raw materials
- Biological waste management facility
- Side works (road works and parking lot totaling 50,000 square metres, sewerage, and landscaping works over an area of 15,000 square metres)

The project is due for completion in 16 months.
