1. Implementing its prior decision for the complete undertaking of the risk management for the Stihima game by OPAP SA after the existing contract expiration with INTRALOT on 29/01/2007, the company's Board of Directors on 28/06/06 decided the formation of a committee consisting from BOD members and the authorization of this committee to execute any necessary action towards this end.

2. With a sole purpose to best serve the interests of OPAP SA and its shareholders, the Board of Directors expresses the certainty that this decision not only preserves and maximizes their medium-and-long term interests, but also allows the company to acquire the necessary expertise for its future advancement.
