OPAP S.A. announces that as per its BoD meeting of 12/7/2006 and in compliance with article 18 of the Company's Charter it was decided and approved to implement a new Betting Directorate General, in the framework to the company internal regulations. The scope of the new Betting Directorate General is to coordinate and the implement any necessary action for the full undertaking of the organization, operation and risk management of the company's fixed odds betting games, as from February 2007.
