In accordance with articles 275 and 292 of the ASE regulations, NOTOS COM HOLDINGS S.A. announces that the following events will be taking place on the dates indicated:

3/3/2006: Publication of Financial Statements for the Group and the Company for the period 1st January 2005 to 31st December 2005 according to IFRS. Α Conference Call will take place in the afternoon.
14/6/2006: Annual Regular General Meeting of Shareholders
4/7/2006: Dividend record date.
12/7/2006: Commencement of the distribution of dividend.

The financial institution, through which the dividend will be paid out, will be announced at a later date.
