Public Power Corporation, in accordance with the Athens Stock Exchange regulations, announces its intention to:

- publish its financial statements and its consolidated financial statements on March 29, 2006
- present the financial results to the analysts on March 29, 2006.
- have the Annual Shareholders Meeting to take place on May 3, 2006
- trade its share ex dividend on June 21, 2006.
- commence payment of the annual dividend for the year 2005 through a bank settlement on June 28, 2006.
