LIBERIS PUBLICATIONS S.A., in accordance with Article 16, L.2190/1920, as currently in force, the resolution of its Annual Shareholders' Ordinary General Meeting of 29.6.2005 and the relevant decision of its Board of Directors of 26.07.2005 announces that on 3.02.2006 it purchased via the ATHEX Member "BETA SECURITIES S.A." 5,000 shares, at an average acquisition price of EUR 1.05 per share.
