In accordance with the Hellenic Capital Markets Commission decision 5/204, Article 13, paragraph 2(c) and further to the Shareholders' Ordinary General Meeting resolution of 28.03.2005 on the purchase of own shares, the company ALPHA GRISSIN INFOTECH S.A. announces that, in implementation to the relevant decision, intends to purchase its own shares in the period from 16.02.2006 until 28.03.2006. More specifically, the company would purchase up to 8.3% of the total number of its shares, i.e. 462,525 shares at a lowest and highest purchase value of EUR 0.50 and EUR 2.50 per share respectively.
