Further to an article which appeared in the Greek financial publication SYMVOULOS on 10 May 2006, entitled "Frigoglass looks at Mevaco" and a relevant query received from the Athens Exchange (protocol no. 21297/10.5.2006), Frigoglass informs investors that the metal processing company ΜΕVACO S.A. has been one of Frigoglass' numerous suppliers for over a decade. Frigoglass firmly denies the rumours that have surfaced suggesting a possible broader business co-operation between Frigoglass and MEVACO S.A.
