Following a question that you posed to us in your letter dated 16.10.2006/49127 and in accordance with the timely and accurate information provided to the investment community following the ASE''s regulation articles 281 and 285, concerning Moscow''s Lottery, our response is as follows:
INTRALOT informs the investment community that the pilot operation of Moscow''s Lottery has been completed with successful qualitative benefits. The continuation of the project will be evaluated, amongst other things, and in the context of the developments in the gaming market for the whole of Russia. INTRALOT participates in the project holding indirectly a 24.5% stake in the Lottery through Uniclic. INTRALOT plans to expand further its activity in Russia, through strategic alliances, aiming to exploit opportunities which relate to the whole Russian gaming market.
