In reply to ATHENS STOCK EXCHANGE'S letter under nr. 33082/30.6.2006 in connection with the electronic press announcements relative to the co-operation between HDFS and Folli Follie for the promotion of goods through Folli Follie's subsidiaries network, the Board of Folli Follie refers investors to the announcement of even date made by HDFS the contents of which are thorough and extensive. In any event Folli Follie notifies that HDFS (and not Folli Folie) entered to an agreement with the american well known company under the name Bijoux Terner and a shop is already operating in the Athens International Airport. It has to be stressed that HDFS is positively considering already the extension of the brand Bijoux Terner, as exactly it has been announced in HDFS' announcement of today. The management of Folli Follie will inform the public and the authorities promptly as soon as any development relative to Folli follie occurs.
