In reply to your letter dated September 25th, we can confirm that some Company''s officers indeed systematically explore various areas of the country, evaluate the structure of the market in each area and search for possible investment opportunities. However the above procedure has not lead to specific results and decisions.
We would like to assure you that we fully understand the Company''s obligations arising from articles 281 and 285 of the Athens Stock Exchange Regulation, and we will surely inform the Authorities and the Financial Market in case that the activities mentioned in the former paragraph lead to any concrete result.
