According to the Company s presentation which is on the site of LAMDA Development (www.lamda-development.net) as well as on the site of the Athens Stock Exchange for the information of the investors, the total investment plan of LAMDA Development till the end of 2008 is estimated to reach Euro 400 million (page 15 of the presentation). The Company in order to meet its investment plan of Euro 400 million is exploring several investment opportunities both in Greece and abroad. If binding agreements and co operations take place, the company will announce them in due time in accordance to the relevant regulations.
