Following the Company's announcement dated March 31,2006 concerning the 1st, 2nd and 3rd quarter of 2004 and 2005 interim Financial Statements' modification and, according to the Capital Market Committee's Announcement - recommendation dated March 23, 2006, we inform the Investors that the restated interim Financial Statements have been submitted to the Athens Stock Exchange (ASE) as well as to the Capital Market Committee and they have been published in the Company's website www.gek.gr.
