The Board of Directors of the company resolved that the company would proceed with the sale of the total number of its own shares. More specifically, the Board decided that the company would sell in the period from 09/02/2006 until 28/02/2006, 1,809,740 shares, at a lowest selling price of EUR 0.90. The relevant announcement about the sale of its own shares was published in the Greek newspapers "NAFTEMPORIKI" and "VRADINI" on Wednesday, February 8, 2006. The aforementioned sale will be realized via the following brokerage firms: ARTION SECURITIES-INVESTMENT CO. S.A., OMEGA SECURITIES-INVESTMENT CO.
