In accordance with article 291 of the Athens Exchange Rulebook, Euromedica S.A announces that following the decision of the Board of Directors resolution dated 18/8/2006 it has proceeded to the sell of 228.110 own shares, from August 18 2006 until October 11 2006, with average purchase price euro 6,35 per share via Αxon Securities.
