3. Shareholders on record at the closing of the July 3, 2006 trading session will be entitled to receive dividend.
4. Shares will be traded ex-dividend on Tuesday, July 4, 2006.
5. Distribution of Dividend for Fiscal year 2005: Tuesday, July 11, 2006 through a bank institution. Details regarding the payment of the dividend will be announced by the Company.
