A) Interim Dividend: thirty cents per share (0,30 Euro).
B) Beneficiares of the interim dividend are the Shareholders as of: 8.11.2006.
C) Ex-Dividend Date: 9.11.2006.
D) Start of Interim Dividend Payment: 16.11.2006.
