SELONDA AQUACULTURES S.A. informs the investing public that as of 28/7/2005 it decided jointly with PROTON SECURITIES-INVESTMENT CO. S.A. to terminate the market making agreement that had been concluded on 12/5/2003 on the common registered shares of the company SELONDA AQUACULTURES S.A.. Also, the said termination will be put into force after the lapse of three months from the said notification.
