In accordance to the article 276 of the Regulation of the Athens Stock Exchange, the company PANTECHNIKI SA. announces that after the increase of the share capital of LAMDA TECHNIKI SA by the amount of 510.000 euros and the issuance of 51.000 shares of a nominal value 10 euros each, PANTECHNIKI SA now holds 79.341 shares which correspond to a percentage of 68,652% share capital.
