AEGEAN AIRLINES S.A., in accordance with the provisions of section 4.1.3.1. of the Athens Exchange Rulebook and article 17 paragraph 1 of the Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council, informs the investment community that the ordinary tax audit, according to the provisions of article 65A of Law 4174/2013 which was conducted by the Auditors for fiscal year 2018, was finalized and as a result a tax certificate was issued without reservation.

A tax certificate was also issued without reservation for the Company's subsidiary OLYMPIC AIR.
