Pursuant to the provisions of the Capital Market Commission''s 3/347/12.7.2005 resolution and of paragraph 1, article 10 of Law 3340/2005, "TECHNICAL OLYMPIC S.A" announces the dissolution of TECHNICAL OLYMPIC (UK) PLC, its 100% owned English subsidiary with headquarters in London, due to lack of activity. TECHNICAL OLYMPIC (UK) PLC was incorporated in England in 1997 and was engaged in the construction of private residential projects there as well as in project management and consultation in that field.
