A Distribution agreement was recently signed between PETROS PETROPOULOS AEBE and Bombardier Inc., concerning the representation of the whole range of Bombardier's recreational products. Up to now, the co-operation covered only the distribution of Johnson and Evinrude outboards engines.

The Bombardier recreational products are best known in Greece from the personal watercraft Sea-Doo, whose market share is over 40%. The new agreement also includes the Sea-Doo Sports Boats, and the All Terrain Vehicles (A.T.V).

The new activity will be incorporated in the Outboards and Boats Business Unit, which also promotes Zodiac, Bombard and Avon boats.

For well over a decade, Sea-Doo has stood at the forefront of its industry. Sea-Doo introduced the first sit-down watercraft in 1968, and the first three-seater watercraft in 1990. In the meantime, many awards and honors were obtained until 2000, when Sea-Doo was the first Marine manufacturer to win the ‘'Designs of the Decade'' medal from the IDSA (Industrial Designers Society of America). Finally, Sea-Doo was the first watercraft manufacturer to introduce in 2001 the four-stroke 4-TEC powered watercraft.
