The management of NIREUS S.A., following its previous announcement (27/1/2006) towards the ATHEX and according to the ATHEX pertaining rules, announces the Group's basic financial figures for year 2005, as well as its estimations at Group level for the current year 2006.

-For 2005, Group Sales reached 137,6 mil Euro, while Earnings before Tax, reached 10,8 mil Euro.

-For 2006, Sales and Earnings before Tax are estimated at approx. 170 mil Euro and 15,6 mil Euro respectively, representing an increase of 23,5% for Group Sales and 44.4% for Earnings before Tax between years 2005 and 2006.

The complete Financial Statements of NIREUS S.A. for year 2005, will be announced on Monday 27 February 2006 at 17:00, while on Tuesday 28 February 2006 at 17:00, a conference call with institutional investors is scheduled to take place. Furthermore, NIREUS S.A., announces that the Group was presented to institutional investors in Paris on 7/2/2006, in the context of scheduled contacts and presentations to investors for 2006, started from the Union of Members of ATHEX on 31/1/2006.
