Τhe merging of the subsidiaries in Romania of LOULIS INTERNATIONAL FOOD ENTERPRISES LTD, was completed. More specific LOULIS S.A (Romania) and TITAN S.A. merged, as it was approved by the General Assembly at 16/09/2005. Composition of the shareholders of L.I.F.E. L.T.D subsidiary of LOULIS MILLS S.A. (88,35%) is now as it follows: LIFE LTD owns 86,09% of LOULIS S.A.
