Due to its recent strategic alliance with Marfin Financial Group, EGNATIA BANK informs the investing public that the presentation to Analysts scheduled to take place on Wednesday 17 May 2006 is postponed in order for the Business Plan of the new scheme to be completed so that the investing public will be availed of timely information relevant to the merger, targets and prospects of the new scheme. The presentation to Analysts will take place after the General Assembly of the Shareholders of the Bank (22 June 2006) and before the end of June 2006. A precise date will be made available by a newer announcement.
