UPDATE OF THE FINANCIAL CALENDAR 2020 

 

 

1. Announcement of 2019 financial statements in ASE April 3rd 2020 

 

2.  Submitting 2019 income statement to the company site (www.dromeas.gr), on April 3rd  2020. 

 

3. DROMEAS SA announces the postponement of the date of the Annual General Meeting of the Company from 02.06.2020 to 16.06.2020, in order to add to the Agenda the issue: Amendment / Adaption of the Articles of Association with the provisions of Law 4548/2018, to redefine the terms of appointment and recall of representatives referred to in the 08-05-2020 Invitation legally and to comply with the timetables set by the rules of publicity For the information of the shareholders, the publication of a new Invitation to the Annual General Meeting on 16.06.2020 will follow. 

 

The proposal of the board of directors is not to distribute any dividends. 

 

The Company reserves the right to change the above dates, after an on time Notice of the public, with the amendment of the above.
