The company GR. SARANTIS S.A. announces, according to the article 21 of the L.3556/2007 and the article 11 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission decision 1/434/3.07.07, that Mr. Kiriakos Sarantis, Vice Chairman of the BoD and Managing Director of the Group, proceeded on October 23rd and 24th 2014 to the purchase of 2,218 common shares in total at the price of 7.54 euros of total value 16,718.44 euros.
