Acquisition of Own Shares

LAMDA Development S.A. (the “Company”), in compliance with Regulation of the Committee of European Community no 2273/2003, article 4, par.4, announces that according to article 16 of the Codified Law 2190/1920 as amended and currently in force and following the decision of the Annual General Meeting of the Shareholders and the Board of Directors' resolution (dated June 18, 2013), purchased own shares through the Athens Exchange Member Eurobank Equities Investment Firm S.A., as follows:

On March 27, 2015 the Company purchased 10,000 shares, at an average price €3.33 per share of a total amount € 33,320.00.
