IKTINOS HELLAS SA announces that according to the Extraordinary General Meeting of shareholders on 20.12.2016 decided the distribution of profits from previous years (2013-2014)  EUR 0.0298154146 per share amounting to 852,127.53 euro. The company holds 248.200 own shares until 10.03.2017 and in accordance with the legislation, the dividend corresponding to these increases the dividend of other shares and thus the total gross amount of the dividend per share amounts to EUR 0.0300766321.
Of this dividend, withholding attributable to dividend tax of 10%, according to the provisions of Article 3 paragraph 1 of the l. 4110/2013 and thus the total payable amount of dividend per share will amount to 0.0270689689 euro.

The standard will be on Monday 20/03/2017, the beneficiaries are the shareholders who are registered in the SAT on Tuesday 21/03/2017.
The payment day will be on Friday 24/03/2017 and will be held by Piraeus Bank as follows:
- Through the SAT Operators, for investors who have authorized their operators to collect.
- Through the branch network of Piraeus Bank for the shareholders who have requested an exception from their DSS or have their shares in the special account of the SAT.
- Deposit in the International Bank Account Number (IBAN), where the investor has indicated that it wishes to receive the distributed amounts in accordance with Article 13 of the Rules of Operation DSS and no. 6 of Board Decision the ATHEXCSD, as applicable, for investors who do not wish to receive through their Operators. Only investors who have declared IBAN the paying bank.
- For those shareholders that do not allow via IBANwill be possible to collect their dividend through the branch network of Piraeus Bank, with the identification card and the presentation of the DSS printout or legally authorized persons by presenting authenticated signature of the shareholder authorization holder.
