EUROPEAN RELIANCE GENERAL INSURANCE COMPANY S.A. (The Company) announces, in accordance with paragraph 4.1.3.4. of the Athens Stock Exchange Regulation, that by decision of the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of 28 April 2020, the dividend distributed for the fiscal year 2019 amounts to 6,600,882.48 euros. The Own Shares held by the Company (total 514,620) are excluded from the above dividend distribution, therefore the above amount is distributed in a total of 26,989,057 shares (from 27,503,677 which is the total shares of the Company) and amounts to 0.244576 euros per share. From the above gross amount, a 5% dividend tax is deducted and therefore the amount of the dividend that the shareholders will receive, will amount to the net value of 0.232347 euros per share.

Beneficiaries of the above dividend based on the rule of determination of beneficiaries (record date) are those investors registered in S.A.T. (Intangible Securities System) on Thursday, May 7, 2020 (cut off on Wednesday, May 6, 2020 before the start of the Athens Stock Exchange meeting).

The payment of the dividend will be made on Tuesday, May 12, 2020 by the paying bank: BANK OF PIRAEUS, as follows:

1. Through the operators of the beneficiaries in DSS (Banks, Custodians and Brokerage Companies) in accordance with paragraph 4.1.3.4. of the ATHEX Rulebook. and 39 of the Code of Operation of the DSS.

2. Through the Branch Network of PIRAEUS BANK as of Tuesday 12 May 2020 for those shareholders who have requested an exemption from their DSS operator.

3. For those of the shareholders who can not be credited through their operators for various reasons, it will be possible to collect the dividend from Monday, May 18, 2020 through PIRAEUS BANK's Branch Network.

4. By depositing in the International Bank Account Number (IBAN), where the investor has stated that he wishes to receive the distributed amounts according to article 13 of the DSS Operation Regulation. and Decision No. 6 of the Board of Directors. of the ATHEXCSD, as applicable, for investors who do not wish to receive them through their Operators. It concerns only investors who have declared IBAN to the paying Bank "Piraeus Bank SA".

The collection of the dividend in the cases (2) and (3) above is possible until 31.12.2025 (ie until its expiry) and is effected by the notification of KAME (Investor ID / DSS) and the display of the ID card, either in person or through a legally authorized representative.
