Notification about a significant change in the number of voting rights (Law 3556/2007)

THE GOLDMAN SACHS GROUP INC, informed the Company in writing on 9.12.2020 that, because of a triggering transaction on 04.12.2020 it indirectly holds 5.07% of the voting rights of the Company (4.99% of voting rights attached to shares and 0.07% of voting rights through financial instruments), from 5.07% before the transaction (5.01% of voting rights attached to shares and 0.06% of voting rights through financial instruments).
