Notification of significant changes in voting rights / clarification

 

ELLAKTOR S.A. (the “Company”) announces (in accordance with art. 9 and 11 of L. 3556/2007), in compliance with the Directive for transparency, that on May 16th, 2022 received a clarification letter (and an updated notification of TR1), in connection to the notification received on May 11th, 2022 by one of its shareholders, as follows:

REGGEBORGH INVEST B.V. (“Reggeborgh”), following its notification dated on 11.05.2022, about the acquisition (on 06.05.2022) of a Call Option of 52,000,000 shares and corresponding voting rights in ELLAKTOR SA, representing 14.9343% of ELLAKTOR's total voting rights, informs, with an updated notification dated on 16.05.2022, that Reggeborgh included in its initial disclosure (11.05.2022), and particularly in part “10.  Additional Information” of the TR1 form, the exact phrase:   

“Reggeborgh is not entitled to exercise the voting rights attached to the call option shares during the call option period”.
