Lift of suspension of the shares of "CRETE PLASTICS S.A." and suspension of trading of the shares of NAYTEMPORIKI PUBLISHING S.A. and PEGASUS PUBLISHING S.A.

The Hellenic Capital Market Commission and the Athens Stock Exchange decided the lift of suspension of trading placed on the shares of "CRETE PLASTICS S.A.", as of today, October 3rd, 2017, since the reasons for suspension no longer exist. As of the same date, the shares of the company will be trading οn the "Main Market" segment.

 

Additionally, upon relevant request of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, the trading of the shares of "NAYTEMPORIKI PUBLISHING S.A." and  "PEGASUS PUBLISHING S.A." is suspended, as of today, October 3rd, 2017, in line with case d, par.2, article 23, L.3556/2007, for a maximum time period of 10 days, due to the fact that  the companies  did not publish their  Financial Reports for the period 01.01-30.06.2017 within the legal deadline.
