Suspension of trading of the shares of

Upon relevant request of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, the trading of the shares of " G.E. DIMITRIOU S.A.", is suspended as of today, May 2nd, 2019, in line with paragraph 1, article 17, L.3371/2005 "G.E. DIMITRIOU S.A.", as the authorized certified auditor was not provided with sufficient and adequate audit assurances, in order to determine an audit opinion on the Financial Statements of the fiscal year 2018, thus she expressed no audit opinion.
